From a young age, I knew I wanted to support others. I remember thinking, “If someone doesn’t have anyone to talk to, they’ll have me.” That deep-rooted calling led me to the field of psychology—and still guides the work I do today.

I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a Counselling Therapist through the Association of Counselling Therapy in Alberta (ACTA) with over 10 years of experience in the Mental Health Field.

I currently offer in person sessions in SW Calgary, and online therapy for youth and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, and more. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Somatic Therapy and take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to healing.

My background includes a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Calgary, and a Masters of Science in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. My thesis was on Cognitive Behavioural Interventions for youth with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

I’ve worked in private practice, and on the front lines of addiction and homelessness services, supporting individuals through complex trauma, mental health challenges, abuse, and major life transitions. These experiences have shaped my care with empathy and respect.

Outside of session, you’ll often find me hiking, traveling, or recharging in nature.

If you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens and walks beside you—wherever you are in your journey—I’d be honored to connect.
